Privacy Policy

Welcome. Y Hospitality is a family of restaurants and hospitality concepts based in Atlanta, Georgia. We care about how your information is handled, and this policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy applies to yhospitality.com and to the digital experiences we operate for our concepts, including Storico Fresco, Forza Storico, Yeppa Buckhead, Yeppa Beltline, and the forthcoming Y Bar (collectively, the "Sites"). Villa Yeppa, our property in Rimini, Italy, is governed by a separate privacy policy available on its own website.

In this policy, "Y Hospitality," "we," "us," and "our" refer to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Y Hospitality.

1. Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect:

  • When you visit or interact with the Sites
  • When you sign up for our newsletter
  • When you book a reservation, place an online order, purchase a gift card, or submit a private events inquiry through tools embedded on the Sites
  • When you contact us by email, phone, or web form

This policy does not cover information you provide directly to a third-party platform, such as OpenTable, Toast, TripleSeat, or Mailchimp, except to the extent we receive that information from them. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we link to where relevant.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in three ways: information you give us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from service providers.

Information you provide to us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, party size, dining preferences, dietary notes, special-occasion details, gift card recipient details, event inquiry details, and any other information you choose to share in a form, message, or comment field.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Sites, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and approximate location derived from IP address. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

Information from third parties. When you book a reservation, place an order, purchase a gift card, or submit a private events inquiry, the platforms that power those features (OpenTable, Toast, TripleSeat) share certain transaction details with us, such as the fact and time of your booking, your party size, and contact information needed to fulfill the request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the Sites and provide the experiences you request, including reservations, online ordering, gift card purchases, and event inquiries
  • Communicate with you about your reservation, order, or inquiry
  • Send you our newsletter when you opt in, and occasional updates about our restaurants
  • Personalize content and remember your preferences
  • Improve the Sites, our menus, and our hospitality
  • Protect the security of the Sites and prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address through a form embedded in our footer and pass it to Mailchimp, which acts as our email service provider. The list is administered by jacin@yeppaco.com on behalf of Y Hospitality. Your subscription is opt-in, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us at the address in Section 11.

5. Service Providers and Third-Party Tools

We rely on third-party service providers to operate parts of the Sites and our hospitality operations. The categories below describe what each provider does and where to find their privacy practices. Where you interact directly with one of these tools, that provider's privacy policy governs in addition to ours.

Reservations - OpenTable. Reservations made through the Sites are processed by OpenTable. Each of our restaurants uses a unique OpenTable identifier:

  • Storico Fresco (rid 215323)
  • Forza Storico (rid 1050115)
  • Yeppa Buckhead (rid 1177831)
  • Yeppa Beltline (rid 1357657)

When you complete a booking, OpenTable collects your name, email, phone number, party size, and any notes you provide. OpenTable's privacy policy applies to that information. See https://www.opentable.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Online Ordering - Toast. Pickup and to-go ordering at Forza Storico and Storico Fresco is powered by Toast. When you place an order, Toast collects the information needed to fulfill it, including name, contact details, and payment information. Toast's privacy policy applies. See https://pos.toasttab.com/privacy.

Gift Cards - Toast. Gift card purchases are processed through Toast's gift card system. The same Toast privacy practices apply.

Private Events - TripleSeat. Private dining and event inquiries submitted through the Sites are processed by TripleSeat. Information you provide on the inquiry form is shared with TripleSeat and our private events team. TripleSeat's privacy policy applies. See https://tripleseat.com/privacy-policy.

Email Marketing - Mailchimp. As described in Section 4, our newsletter is operated through Mailchimp (Intuit). See https://www.intuit.com/privacy.

Analytics. We use standard, cookie-based analytics to understand how visitors use the Sites, in aggregate.

We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes beyond what their privacy policies disclose.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Sites use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember preferences, measure performance, and support features such as the OpenTable widget, Toast embed, TripleSeat form, and our analytics tools. Some of these technologies are set by us, and some are set by third parties whose tools are embedded on the Sites.

Most browsers let you control cookies through your settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect the way some features work, including reservations and online ordering.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Reservation, order, and event records are retained for the periods set by our service providers and our internal recordkeeping needs. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or until we deactivate inactive contacts.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You have choices about your information:

  • Newsletter. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
  • Browser controls. Adjust cookie and tracking settings in your browser.
  • Third-party accounts. Update preferences directly with OpenTable, Toast, TripleSeat, or Mailchimp.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on service providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

10. Children's Privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Sites or, where appropriate, by email to subscribers. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
